G-740 - 1.625 inch - Aluminum Recess Grating

The G-Series model G-740 1-5/8″ Aluminum Recess Grating combines expansive tread variety and tough “welded keylock” construction to produce a durable mat with great aesthetics. G-740’s are extremely versatile in that they can scale to a multitude of recess depths. This foot grille is made to 1-5/8″ and can accommodate the following recess depths when used with frames: Standard Depth, 1-3/4″ Frames are available in both Cast-in Concrete and Mechanically Fastened formats (GF-740C and GF-740L, respectively). For extraordinarily deep recesses, consider the 2-3/4″ Deep Pit and 4-1/8″ Extra Deep Pit Frames (GF-740D and GF-740XD, respectively).

No matter the recess depth, the G-740 Recess Gratings are durable and long lasting, constructed with sturdy 6063-T52 aluminum alloy and “welded keylock” support bars affixed at 6″ these mats can withstand a 400 lbs. / wheel rolling load. Also of note, the G-740 is available in 5 different tread types and a multitude of tread colors. Consider alternating insert materials for a more dynamic scraping and moisture absorbing surface.
